  • Oversite of mitigation and reconstruction projects
  • Directional leadership of Maintenance personnel
  • Capital Expenditure budgeting
  • Implementation of PIP programs
  • On-site review of property conditions and needs

Garrett Morris- VP of Facilities & Vendor Mgmt


Garrett Morris brings nearly a decade of experience in project management, commercial construction, asset management, facilities management, budget management, scheduling, and contract negotiations including over 4 years at WoodSpring/Value Place Hotels as Director of Asset Management. 


During his time with WoodSpring, Garrett’s primary duties included oversight of facilities in ~100 corporate hotels, project management of 30+ full renovation projects, oversight of corporate wide rebranding project, testing and implementation of energy saving initiatives, as well as management of several office and field employees.
